A hearty welcome to SanDee&amelie's challenge blog!

Please, note, that this challenge blog is not related to any business and run without any profit by people, who do this for your and their own leisure time fun! Our only reward are your encouraging comments and your playing along and sharing steampunk fun and mixed media techniques. We appreciate every single entry and comment so much! Thank you for taking the time!

If you are new to this place, please, know that we are so glad that you stopped by our little steampunk corner!
Whether you are a dedicated tag or card maker, art journaler or mixed media lover - this might be the right place for you!
For more information about the rules and the little "steampunk/industrial twist" we ask of you, please check the "about" stuff and then simply jump in and create!

If you are new to steampunk and not sure if this is "your thing", maybe take a look at our winners gallery on pinterest (use the linking button on our side bar). You will find that we're mainly a mixed media challenge blog with a little twist towards steampunk, industrial and/or vintage. So why not give it a try?

We are looking forward to seeing your fab projects entered to one of our challenges soon!

Hugs,
SanDee&amelie&the SASPC team

SanDee&amelie's November 2016 Challenge

Hi, servus and welcome back to another of our

"Anything Goes - Steampunk/Industrial"

mixed media challenges! We're happy that you stop by our little creative corner in steampunk craftin' blogland and hope you will join in!

As usual Team A kick off the November challenge with a bundle of inspirational steampunk projects - so here we go (and of course it is always a good idea to visit the teamies' blogs for more images and details - just click on the names to get there. And if you make them happy by leaving a short comment as well that would be so lovely!) :

created this fantastic A5 size accordion book from watercolour paper

layered a paper tag onto a larger cardboard tag and used various
images, die cuts, an altered bottlecap and flowers in a pipe (how genius is that!?)
to create a "steampunk tag flower vase". ;)

is sharing her latest treasure with us:
a vintage dial phone from a forgotten drawer,
given to her by the IT department.
Of course she had to turn this gift into treasure!

has made herself a most beautiful little notebook with a stylus in it
so she can carry it with her on her travels.

and

went all "metallic mechanical" on a canvas and is trying to lure you over to her blog
with this close up  ;)

And if these fab projects didn't do the job with luring you into playing along with us, maybe the prizes from our sponsors will do:

who are giving away this bundle of media goodness

and

who is giving away a surprise package of awesome steampunk chipboard pieces.

Each prize will be given to one randomly drawn player - so don't miss the chance to get yourself some new stuff to play with! The challenge is - as always - open until the end of the month. Check out our few rules if you haven't done so already - it would be a shame if we had to exclude anyone from the draws.

Prize winners and Top 5 from our October challenge will be announded on 12th November - so make sure you check back. And then there will be the makes of Team B on the 15th - so come back for more inspiration by then! In the meantime:

hugs and happy crafting!
